All Footprint Apparel products are made-to-order through our production partner.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods (collection drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes
After your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

International: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Footprint Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or stopped in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will help guide you through the process.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

For limited drops or capsule releases, shipping and processing times may vary.
